Farmhouse Flooring
I’ve had a lot of requests to round up my favorite farmhouse flooring and today I’m doing just that! For our farmhouse, we needed flooring to look stylish yet handle all the animals and toddler messes as well. We also wanted to stay within budget so I searched for affordable and quality flooring.
This is the flooring we have in all the main areas of our home. I love how durable it is – you can’t even tell it’s laminate! Laminate has come SO far in the past few years. It is so quiet, has real etches and grooves and one year later still doesn’t have any scratches! It’s even waterproof. You can find this flooring here.
In our master bathroom we chose a lighter wood look tile. It is so pretty in person and blends well with all color schemes. Tile flooring you can find here.
In our laundry room where we have our dog shower we needed something that was quick and easy to wipe up. I chose a wood look tile in a fun herringbone tile. I chose a darker gray tile to help hide the dirt and I love how it turned out! At ~$1.50 sq ft it’s also affordable! You can find this flooring here.
This is the same wood look tile but laid in a more traditional 70/30 lay. Shop this flooring here.
For our smaller powder style bathroom (although technically still a full bathroom – if you look close you can see the shower head in the mirror), I wanted to branch out with a fun patterned tile. We carried this tile through into the shower floor as well and I love how it turned out! This fun patterned tile not only is fun but it’s also affordable – you can find this tile here.
Hope you enjoyed my farmhouse flooring round up! Up next – I’m sharing how to create a neutral farmhouse living room!
