This turkey shaped charcuterie board is so simple and fun to bring or serve as an appetizer! I started with halving a pear, chocolate chips for eyes, and a triangle shaped piece of cheese for the beak. Then you layer your way around the pear creating the “feathers” with a variety of cheese, meats, crackers or veggies! I loved using this huge round cheeseboard to serve it on!
This beer cheese dip is one of my favorite go to recipes to serve during fall and football season and it’s always a a crowd favorite! This mixing bowl set from Walmart are great for preparing and serving food!
Tracy’s Beer Cheese Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 pckg Ranch seasoning
2- 8oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 – 3/4 cups beer* of choice (I usually just use whatever we have in the fridge!)
Green Onions chopped to add for garnish (if desired)
Pretzels, pretzel chips, veggies or chips to dip!
Instructions:
Add Ranch packet + softened cream cheese to mixing bowl. Using hand mixer, blend until smooth. Next add in shredded cheese and mix well. Add beer starting with lower amount and adding more, you want dip to be thicker and not too watered down. Mix until blended well, cover and serve with green onion garnish! This dip is best if made the night before, but in a pinch I have served it right before.
This is our go to favorite recipe to make wings. We make them in our Ninja Foodi from Walmart and it’s soo easy to switch between pressure cooker and air fryer modes! Matt’s tip is to re-sauce them at the end then serve with ranch or blue cheese. Yum!
This is the drink I crave year round but especially during the holiday season! I’ve been making this drink for years and have gotten all my friends and family hooked on it! It’s also so pretty as well.

Cranberries for garnish
Rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
Add ginger beer to mug filled halfway with ice – I usually fill a bit over half with ginger beer. Add vodka (I never measure but maybe 1 oz), a big squeeze of lime. Mix together and garnish with rosemary sprig, lime wedges, and cranberries (you can also freeze these to keep the drink cold). Enjoy!
