The snow has finally melted & I’m so excited to finally start prepping for patio season! Last year we did some pretty big projects with the help of Lowe’s & I’m so ready to start enjoying these spaces again this year. Lowe’s SpringFest is currently happening now & it’s a great time to score big savings on all things lawn, garden & patio!

Our first big project we complete last year was painting the patio concrete. I was tired of drab looking concrete and Lowe’s has an amazing concrete paint that solved that problem. A year later it has held up great.
I recently pressure washed it after winter with my favorite pressure washer. I also found this amazIng patio scrubber attachment that made cleaning the patio concrete a breeze! I just hooked it up to the pressure washer I already had and added a bit of dawn dish soap. It scrubbed the dirt right off the patio and was so easy to use!
Our second big outdoor space project was creating this fire pit space. These Polywood Adirondack chairs we used for this space are back in stock and are an absolute must. They held up wonderfully through a Wisconsin winter and there is zero maintenance with them and also zero rust or fading! The solar string lights we used and these 10 ft poles also have held up wonderfully.
Make the most of all the spring savings happening now at Lowe’s to prep your own outdoor spaces! I’m sharing below some of my top picks for savings.

Although our fireplace isn’t old, we had always wanted white mortar to make the brick pop. Unfortunately we had a miscommunication with our builder in thinking he knew to use white mortar but instead a basic gray was used. I didn’t want to paint over all our pretty brick to get that “pop” we wanted…

Here at the ranch, we love spending time outdoors. Our latest big project was creating a beautiful outdoor oasis thanks to Sunjoy Group. We were gifted the 12 ft x 10 ft Cedar Frame Gazebo which you can find here. My husband and I put together the whole thing ourselves over a 2 day period (took about…
When we first moved into our new home, I was on the lookout for some wooden planters to put on our front porch. Well, the sticker shock quickly hit as I saw how expensive they are! So my hubby and I decided to make our own and I just love how they turned out! Today…
